Liquor Sacrilege

Rum Runner pulled up to boat and met some great people from Virginia Beach. Most of them were wearing beautiful matching shirts. As I was giving my usual pitch about our Rum Runners, I noticed that their shirts said "Beach Vodka." Oh oh, a boat full of vodka drinkers and here I am offering our Rum Drinks. Quite surprising, they all ordered our famous Rum Runners and we got to talking. Turns out this group has started a Vodka brand right out of Virginia Beach, aptly named Beach Vodka. (www.beachvodka.com) Seeing another interesting story for this blog, I asked them if they had any bottles of their product. Sure enough, one was handed over to me and I decided to take a close up picture. Well, one wave led to another and before I could grab it, over it went. There is now a brand new bottle of Beach Vodka on the bottom of mooring ball #30 at Bitter End. Definitely worth a dive. Shots were offered, pictures taken and yet more friends of Rum Runner, this time Vodka people. What sacrilege.
